How can we help?
Short answers to the things teachers actually ask us — getting started, how your included Pro trial works, and what we do with your work and your data.
Getting started
From no account to a lesson on the board.
Signing up takes about 60 seconds. Head to the join page and continue with Google or Microsoft — most schools already give you one of those, so there's no new password to remember. Email works too.
No card is asked for at any point during signup. Every new account starts with 14 days of aime Pro included.
Tell aime the subject, year group and topic — or paste a line from your scheme of work. aime returns a full, curriculum-aligned lesson with objectives, sequencing, slides and a quick assessment.
Read it, nudge anything you'd like changed, then teach it live in aime or take it into your own slides. Lesson generation is unlimited on every plan, forever.
Add a class with its year group, subject and set level, then drop in your periods. Once aime knows your timetable it sequences lessons across the term rather than treating each one as a one-off.
Free includes 1 class. Pro removes the limit — and during your included trial you can add as many as you like to see how it feels across a real week.
Your trial, Free and Pro
What's included, what changes, and what never changes.
Every account — no exceptions, no opt-in — starts with 14 days of full aime Pro. We don't collect a card to start it.
We'll remind you on days 10, 12 and 13 of the trial, before anything changes. If you want to keep Pro, add a card in the app during the trial. If you don't, the account simply continues on Free — nothing is charged and nothing you made is lost.
We never delete your work. Extra classes become read-only until you upgrade, Teaching Memory older than 30 days goes to sleep but is kept for at least 12 months and is restored instantly if you upgrade, and everything you already exported is yours forever.
In practice: your first class stays fully editable and every extra class becomes read-only — still there, still readable, waiting for you. Teaching Memory keeps its most recent 30 days live; older memory sleeps rather than disappearing, held for at least 12 months and switched back on the moment you upgrade. Anything you exported is a file on your machine — it was always yours.
Pro is billed monthly or annually to the card you add in the app. Invoices are available in your account settings and are emailed after each payment — fine for school expense claims.
You can cancel any time, in one click, from the same screen. Pro keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to Free under the policy above.

Trust & data
Where your work lives, and who to ask.
Your lessons, classes and Teaching Memory are stored on secure managed infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to what's needed to run and support the product.
We don't sell your data and we don't use your classroom material to train public models. Full detail lives in the privacy notice.
aime is built for adults planning lessons, not for pupil accounts, and content is filtered for classroom use. Our approach, and what to do if something looks wrong, is set out on the safeguarding page.
Still stuck? Email support@teachaime.ai — a person reads it. Tell us the class or lesson you were working on and we'll pick it up from there.
