Nothing breaks a teacher's trust faster than a tool that quits on them between Period 2 and Period 3. You don't get a second chance with a class waiting in front of you. This update is about making sure that doesn't happen.
We've rebuilt the part of aime that runs your requests so it copes far better under real school conditions — including the moment when half the English department all hit 'generate' between bells. Where the old system might have stalled or returned an error, the new one queues calmly, keeps your place, and finishes the job.
If something does go wrong mid-request — a network blip, a sudden disconnect — aime can now pick up where it left off rather than start over from nothing. In practice you'll see fewer error messages, less retrying, less of that hopeful refresh-and-pray you've all done at least once.
Reliability is one of those things you only notice when it's missing. The goal of this work is for you to stop noticing it entirely. To open aime in front of a class and simply trust that it will be there — every period, every day, even on the days the school's IT is having a moment.
